What rendition of summer ice pops medley would be complete without some sort of chocolatey goodness?? I give to you these extremely simple yet rich Chocolate Pops for day three of the twelve days of summer kick-off pops! This is a basic recipe that can be modified in countless ways. Let your kids create their own fudgy masterpieces by getting adventurous in the candy and nut aisle at the grocery store.
All you do is mix equal parts of chocolate pudding with cool-whip, dollop into molds, freeze and indulge! I’m sure these would work equally well with butterscotch pudding, pistachio pudding or even traditional vanilla pudding. Think outside the box and fold in some toasted nuts, mini chocolate chips or your favourite candy, crushed up for something different! They are creamy, rich and decadent and easy enough for the kids to make!
