Breakfast pops!!

I don’t know what kid wouldn’t like waking up on their first week of summer holidays to breakfast pops in the morning! These day five pops in the twelve days of summer pop kick-off are incredibly easy and yummy and easy to trick your kids into a nutritious treat! Warning: they may think you’ve gone mad offering them icecream in the morning!!!

All you do is layer your favorite Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. We used strawberry and blueberry yogurt, fresh strawberries, blackberries and almond granola! It is truly as easy as dollop-ing these ingredients into your molds, freezing and enjoying!
